Her professional background spans recruitment, quality assurance, operations, customer experience, process improvement, and team development.

Moline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication and brings more than a decade of experience across client engagement, legal intake, operations, administration, and project management. Her professional background includes working directly with U.S. law firms, where she developed a strong understanding of client communication, intake, relationship management, and the operational demands of a high-performing legal team.

Her experience working on the front lines of the legal client experience gives Moline a unique perspective when evaluating talent. She understands that successful law firm professionals need more than technical skills, they need strong communication, emotional intelligence, accountability, adaptability, and the ability to build trust with clients.
